Roho is a dinner guest at the table of the High Prince in his palace in Babel. There, Roho meets Baal-Yudaz and Baal-Zimon, a couple of Eeee magicians responsible for the Ritual of Transference which gave Scarlet a new body. Roho also meets the new and improved "Scarlet", a beautiful Eeee. (Not that Roho can appreciate that, being blind.) Roho is approached by Grand Vizier Thath, who may have some opportunities for the fennec doctor.
