Roho is at Master Zahirinee's pool, along with many mages from the College Esoterica, partaking of food from a Ring Day party. He runs into Wynona and Envoy, and is introduced to a foam version of himself – the "statue" that materialized on Fortunatis during the strange storm in which Roho made a surprise appearance. Wynona ends up having to chase the statue around as it is blown by the wind. Wynona, Roho and Envoy discuss the manner in which Scarlet received a new body, and Wynona expresses some misgivings.
