Scarlet, Roho and the mercenaries head up Sacred Mountain, headed for the Sacred Mountain where the three-headed dragon lairs. Along the way, they are attacked by Eeee pirates hiding in the woods. Scarlet makes use of the 'F' wand to cause a blinding "flare" … but not only does it blind the bats, but herself and the Khatta mercenary as well. Roho, already being blind, is still able to help by pointing out targets to Kensington (who happened to be looking the other way when the flash went off). In short order, the Eeee are defeated, and Kensington questions one of them, learning that the pirate captain Dagon is behind all of this.
