Envoy, Skrill and a Shiga merchant come calling – as does an Auditor who announces to Francisco that his debt to the Temple is now officially paid off … and that he can now have the great privelege of paying income taxes and contributing to society. (Isn't life great?) The merchant buys Francisco's entire supply of Guy Fox dolls, and Skrill obtains a parchment.
