Brishen stirs up a crowd of Eeee in the City of Babel, and leads them to riot against the Palace of the Sabaoth, where they find many other Eeee revolting as well. Brishen works her way to the private chambers of the Sabaoth, where she faces the ancient ruler of the Ashdod Territories.
