Elise, at the Officers' Academy of Rephidim, runs into another poodle by the name of Penelope, who is getting cadets to sign a petition urging the Temple to formalize the worship of the First Ones as the official religion of Rephidim, over the various other faiths practiced currently. Elise, being a devoted follower of the First Ones, signs, and agrees to show up at a rally that evening outside the Temple.
