Earth Mage Envoy of Lothrhyn and Temple Ranger Lochinvar are guests of the Khattan Emir, where they are offered a chance to go to the Earth Tower of Barabbas to explore it and learn its secrets. They then meet with the Wasir to handle matters of supplies and provisions to be taken on the trip, and matters of transportation.
