On Landing Day, several of the dockworkers have volunteered their time to help Roho construct his hospital near freedom park. The blind Fennec recieves a visit from an old friend, Rooshen. Some of the workers have other things on their mind, namely vying for the attentions of a lovely airship captain. Chiri donates some of X's time, Wynona also shows up to help out. During the day, some Temple Scouts arrive, and regale the workers with Carols about landing day. Finally, after all that effort, Roho is able to open, and with some help hang up the sign that proclaims, 'All Welcome'
