Lady Elise Antoine de Bellefeuille, graduate of the Officers' Academy of Rephidim, and veteran of the Rephidim Air Guard, travels to Gallis, where she has been appointed an ambassador for Rephidim. She meets with the Lord High Ambassador, and is given an assignment, as well as a personal secretary.
