Tasha and Dr. Caravelli continue to talk, speaking of the past, Gabriel, and the future. When it becomes apparent Tasha can't wait anymore or risk Gabriel's food getting cold, she excuses herself, but not before the two exchange a warm good-bye, insisting they see each other again. Back on the ship, Tasha finds all her anger and resentment towards Gabriel drain away as she sees him sleeping at his desk. Food is provided the sleeping man, and soon the two talk about Gabriel's worries and concerns. Showing her new found maturity, Tasha manages to cheer the older Karnor up with some sound advice and positive thinking.
