Elise is examined for her strange wound, and then follows Weeca, a member of the Sphere of Chaos, through the confusing twists and turns of the appropriately Chaotic part of campus, at last reaching the offices of Fyiara, Dean of Chaos. There, she asks Fyiara for her advice on how she might learn to better resist the effects of magic. Fyiara explains some of the basics.
