To Countess Ophelia of Northern Shore, Sylvania:

May the First Ones smile upon you for your diligence in seeing to it that your servant, Sheriff Turin of Ivory Sands, reported to us this matter concerning the suspected Dagh cultist, "Wyrd". If more rulers of the surface lands would look to Rephidim as the ultimate authority in such matters, greater peace would reign over all Sinai.

However, it should be noted that no actual paranormal activity was observed in the reported encounter with Wyrd. Given the lack of proof of unusual disturbances of supernatural nature in connection with this incident, and given the propensity toward the "dark arts" already observed in many citizens of Sylvania, in this humble Templar's opinion, there is not sufficient cause to warrant transfer of this suspect to the Rephidim Temple.

This said, it is still the Temple's wish to lend aid to those of the surface, and our resources are at your disposal for examination of any confiscated items of purported magical or "cursed" nature found in the suspect's possession. If you have any such items that warrant examination, they may be sent to the Rephidim Temple, following the procedures outlined in the attached documents, using the attached forms which should be replicated and filled out in triplicate for each item submitted for examination.

Of course, it should be noted that the Rephidim Temple has had to deal with a spate of paranormal activity as of late, and it may not be possible to maintain our usual punctual turn-around rate, so your patience will be greatly appreciated.
