Envoy finds herself in the realm of Zakaro, and Yffryn and Wynona are also present. Zakaro wishes to see the three mages engage in a contest for her favor, but Envoy argues that Zakaro isn't real, and that she can prove it. She bids Zakaro to visit the prison of Morpheus, and points out how its existence contradicts with Zakaro's own "history". Zakaro is enraged by this, and Envoy goads her to sever the cable that represents her hold on Morpheus. Zakaro does this, and then leaves, taking Wynona and Yffryn with her. Morpheus whispers to Envoy that "you cannot move a mountain by erasing it from the map", indicating that symbolically removing the cable here did not actually accomplish anything.
