Despite his fathers collection of obscure information, Aaron is unable to find anything on the cult that tried to raise Dagh. As he continues to talk, Kelsey bursts into the shop, and threatens to burn it down; her form of revenge for being implicated by Aaron in the plot to set fire to the Rephidim docks. The rabbit saves his shop by giving her a lifetime discount, and she leaves. In her wake, Aaron and Bambridge discuss the Temple, Savanites, and Bambridge's thieving in the bazaar. The chameleon leaves the staff in Aaron's keeping and goes off on business
