Inquisitor Zeffel and Inquisitrix Faline visit Envoy in her cell, some time after Chiaroscuro is separated from her, and advise her of the serious charges including collusion in the murder of the Naga mindmage Isstan. After some back-and-forth, Faline privately assures Envoy that she was sent from Nimiss and can help her, perhaps even reward her beyond clearing the charges, if she is willing to provide more information. This Envoy does, revealing the existence of the City of Hands and the identities of the two Savanite 'saviours'
