Envoy visits the warehouse next to the Grim Fandango, where she has been informed by Brishen that there are friends willing to help move the eight Savanite slaves out of Rephidim. She, however, has no slaves with her, and no password, but at least she's able to make sure she has the right place. She heads back to the Old Well, where she finds a slave guard has been overpowered by Kame Ikata. Kame has the eight slaves with him, and indicates that the Temple has found its way into the Warrens, and they have no time to spare.

Envoy flees with the nine Savanites through Darkside, and encounters a small group of toughs. They give pursuit, and Envoy uses herself as a decoy while the cheetahs sprint for the warehouse. Envoy heads into the Grim Fandango, followed by two canine toughs, and gets up on stage, putting on an "act" that throws her followers off guard. She manages to turn the tables against the toughs, and scare them off. She heads back to the warehouse, finding everyone already gone … but also finding a note left especially for her. It reads, "Thank you."
