Willow and her husband, Prince Sebazhan Dack, visit the Heavenly Palace of Divine Light, in orbit over Zion, under the pretense of wanting to "meditate" there over the choice of the new Archon. The guide, assuming that Willow's choice will be for the heretic Light-of-Star, bends protocol and lets Willow and Sebazhan meditate privately in the Crystal Chamber, which includes several Sifran crystal artifacts. Once they are alone, Sebazhan starts working magic, by the power of the crystals, to try to disrupt communications on the station.
While Sebazhan is casting a spell, Willow has an episode in which apparently Light-of-Star, gloating, appears with a "clone" of Jezebel/Third-Vision, making it seem that Willow has been a helpless pawn in his schemes, and that all is lost. As it seems that this Light-of-Star is about to attack Sebazhan, Willow attacks him, with the intent of subduing him. She finds that, for some reason, she has a dagger in her hand rather than the stunner she intended to use but rather than just following through and stabbing Light-of-Star, she turns it around to hit him with the blunt end.
This proves to be a wise choice on Willow's part, as she snaps out of the delusion in time to realize that she's just struck Sebazhan … with the blunt end. He manages to keep from losing his spell, as he was just finishing up, while Willow fumes over Light-of-Star's "mind-rape". The ritual goes off, and chaos breaks loose on the station. Assault ships land, and the siege is on. Willow sets up barricades while Sebazhan lends more magical assistance, and at last the station is taken from the Light-of-Star cultists.
Afterward, Willow is shown the cloning tanks found on the station … which provide no surprises at first, since she'd seen them previously. At last, however, they open up Light-of-Star's private chambers, and they find another device, this one holding what seems to be a clone of Jezebel/Third-Vision, only with six arms, and no sign of the scar that she had gained on Sinai. Willow is infuriated at this "false" Third-Vision, but regains her composure.
