Inside the dagger prison, Alptraum seeks out the Shadow Dragon. The creature is quite insane and rather angry when he tracks it down. After trading some words, Alptraum reaches a tentative agreement with the Shadow and heads back to the real world to locate its heart. However, whether the heart will placate it enough and make it agreeable enough to be linked in a symbiotic relationship remains to be seen…
