While working at a loom, Olivia hears the call of Valicross, and sneaks off. He guides her to the room housing the ominous Loom #4, and when Olivia seems disappointed that he hasn't come physically, he creates a crude golem out of scraps of cloth.

Olivia tells him how to find Zahn (supposedly), and when he is guarded by a witch. The figure begins to unravel a bit as it spends time next to the Loom, and tells her to meet him the day after tomorrow to guide him to the exact spot.

Valicross says that the loom is useless to him, but his golem continues to fall apart, as if the energy is being absorbed by the machine, until it finally fades away completely.
