In Nicodemus' Shiny Shoppe, Zoltan returns to see his old Vartan-Cervani mentor, and introduces Jezebel. Leeta arrives as well, accompanied by Kray, one of the former guards of Moffat that she saved from an assassination attempt … and who is now helping her on her "errands". Kray shows great interest in buying a broken telescope, while Leeta realizes that Jezebel is her kin … but mistakes her for Moon-Brow. Zoltan takes them to a back room, where Jezebel reluctantly reveals her identity … prompting a very negative reaction from Leeta. Jezebel flees, while Kray comes to retrieve Leeta. Outside, at Jezebel's bequest, Zoltan approaches Leeta again, trying to convince her that Jezebel has changed
