Lochinvar returns from a mission for the Temple and checks on his mail, only to learn that the past 10 weeks' worth of mail that he has sent to his parents in Himar has been returned to him. He is highly suspicious of this, and gets some time off to journey to Himar to check on his family himself. He gets aboard an airship, and meets Naomi, who happens to be headed in roughly the same direction, on a mission for Roho.
