Kensington and Gergesene arrive in the Cathedral of Precision, bearing an egg to be baptized. It looks like the whole St. Germain clan has been gathered for this momentous occasion, as the notorious corsair, Kensington "the Cutlass" St. Germain, seems to be settling down at last. However, during the ceremony, the egg starts hatching … and it's soon evident that this chick is no Korv at all, but rather a baby rakhtor! Gergesene faints, while Kensington flees with the chick, retreating for his ship. Kensington then trashes his cabin, and, once he's finished venting his frustrations, orders his crew to set sail in search of the Scorned Khatta, the airship of Madame Garrote.
