Camera in hand, Tasha makes good on her word and heads out to gather pictures for the Expedition. On her way she stops by Blammo's camp, offering him a chance to join the JEF while also getting his picture. The Titanian seems uncertain, but Tasha doesn't mind. Rather than focus on that, Tasha explains she's not just out to get pictures: she intends to inquire of the Imperial triadic AI cores regarding the Melchior and the Progenitors, and asks Blammo to come along. The Titanian agrees, and they're off.

After meeting and apologizing to the AIs, Tasha beings her questioning. Deep in to the conversation she discovers an important clue: the Progenitor Cult focused its beliefs around items called 'Origin Markers,' a topic Tasha pursues until, after almost giving up, has Mariel scan the Vartan data Artemis provided her. Mariel finds not one, but two records of the artifacts. This is a major find and sparks Tasha's interest, the woman deciding to pursue the mystery further and locate these objects. Tasha gets some pictures of the AIs, then heads off with Blammo to complete her last task before returning: getting the Vartan beer from the AI bartender!
