With Gunther disabled, Valicross explains to Olivia that she is to serve him, on penalty of having her loved-ones tortured and killed in front of her. He explains that he's chosen her to be his agent, since she's so close to Natasha, and gives her three tasks: Find out where Zahn is being kept, come when called (and bring Amelia along to become a zombie), and then deliver Natasha to him.

Olivia has no choice but to act like she agrees, and even puts on a show with Gunther as the necromancer leaves to make him think she'll play along.
