In the early morning, Kaela discusses her strange dream with Haji, who offers her some consolation and advice. After breakfast, they head across the river to join Professor Dron (aka "Lord Titus"), Amelie, Isstvan and a young coyote named Jaundice. They explore the building … and there are suspicions that arise that maybe this "exploration" isn't all that genuine after all. It ends with a trap apparently being set off and a hasty evacuation of the building…
