Nene and Bebe find an unconscious Miranda in the women's hot spring. As she wakes up, the lapi finds herself incredibly weak and with a sore tail, and unsure if she's still dreaming or not.

Olivia arrives then, and helps get Miranda out of the water towards the changing area. There it's seen that the doe has a huge bruise and some cuts on one of her butt cheeks, which Miranda also can't remember. The last thing she recalls was falling asleep in the tunnel with Clover coming, and then the weird dream with Axel and Bravil.

Bebe is sent off to fetch Morgan, and Olivia is certain that the mention of Bravil in the dream is important to the jupani's current unwaking condition. After Nene fetches the hidden 'Gunther suit' made from one of his stuffed decoys so that Miranda can have something warm to wear, Gunther himself leaps down and accuses them of trying to frame him for something.

Things get tense until Morgan shows up and makes Gunther leave. He treats Miranda's wound and says it must have come from another lapi biting her there. She's lost blood, which accounts for the dizziness and weakness. The otters are sent to look for Axel, to see if he knows anything about this, and Gunther reports that none of the traps or sensors around the bathing spring have been set off.
