Nicora wakes up to find Rosalind sitting with her. She talks of the horrors she's learned … then has to face another, visiting Melusine. Things only get worse there as Melusine calls her pet, apparently enforcing the agreement Nicora had made as payment for the body-shift. It's there that MElusine just starts doing things to her flesh; showing that the Shadow Dragon does consider her a new pet to play with. Aie!
