Jynx, waking up from a much-needed sleep, is presented with breakfast by an eager (and very large) Tigress-Khatta. Jynx has some questions about the cultural significance of this particular breakfast, and ends up taking flight, just as several wolves are in pursuit of another black Khatta who has stolen the "Book of Wonder" previously in Gnarr's possession. Jynx runs after the Khatta Formerly Known as Blossom, and leaps into a cloud of steam, landing on a bug-like craft which speeds away … only to start developing mechanical problems early into the flight. In the air, Jynx and his adversary fight over the book … leaving the craft unpiloted. After the crash, Jynx is carried away by the Titanians, and promised a hero's feast for rescuing the book. As for "Blossom", there's no indication as to where she might have gotten off to…
