Kin takes a break to visit the bath in Anisa's Gym. She quickly discovers she is not alone. One of Anisa's friends is visiting and working on the plumbing of the complex. One very hot-headed (and hormonal) lapi named Xander (Hotfoot) Lightfoot. Amused by the strange person, Kin engages in conversation with him. Another shows up, a large leonine woman, a Priestess of Abaddon, who rather spooks Xander at first. The evening ends with the two women helping test out various other rooms in the gym for Xander.
