Moving the vast supplies of the Khattan sector to the Bellerophon proves to be tedious, but it at least gives Tasha time to come to understand her humanoid machine better. When the last of the supplies are moved, the woman moves Melchior's supplies as the final trek over before securing the great machine in Bellerophon's titan bay.

Tasha's next set of orders point her towards Mariel and Fred, to see if they need assistance. As it happens, Mariel doesn't, but she and Tasha do enjoy a encouraging conversation before Fred reports he needs assistance. Meeting Fred outside the ship, Tasha helps him secure the pumping rig to the Bellerophon for reaction mass transfer, the two discussing the crew, each other, and the strange mystery of Melchior.
