En route to Nagai City, Skye the Skreek stops by a bar called the "Happy Yiffle". There, he meets a mysterious Shiga by the nickname of "Catfish", and picks up a bit about the latest news from the Empire. He inquires about the whispa that was supposedly captured, and finds out a little about Master Dorshall and the School of Taxidermy. Catfish also volunteers his services – for a modest fee – in "smoothing out" red tape and bureaucratic hassles that may come with acquiring such a rare creature as the whispa.
