In the Sea of Sand in Himaat, Jarik and Zoltan are in the midst of a conflict with the Nohbakim crew of a sand-trireme. After a few mishaps, they manage to put most of the crew overboard … and then end up rescuing them again. At last, they gain passage (by way of a repentant Nohbakim crew) to the trading camp of Trade Master Hajeem
