The Foppish Fox bar arranges a meeting with Francisco and Jynx in the Three Thieves Inn. His plan is to invite Vindicta, and Kelsey, to a secret rendevous with Eustace. Francisco is curious what this will accomplish. The fox explains that Do Varr is presently seeing both the poodles, and as they are each highly volatile, the result will probably be bad for the stuck up noble. Francisco agrees this is a good idea, provided there are some witnesses. Jynx is hired to arrange that.
Later, the small group has reconviened at a sewage facility with the hopes of flushing Eustace when he tries to avoid his angry girlfriends. Unfortunately, several of the witnesses have shown up early, including Kelsey. This is not entirely according to the Foppish Fox's plans. Neither is Vindicta's arrival. Eustace appears, and Francisco is fingered as the mastermind behind all this. As the three poodles approach, the fireball in Kelsey's hand ignites the methane gas inside one of the near buildings. Francisco is charred, the poodles survive without their dignity intact, and everyone else (except for one short furry exile) safely got to cover. In the aftermath of the explosion, Francisco and the Foppish Fox are accidentally flushed while trying to hide from the arguing Kelsey and Vindicta.
