Envoy takes Born-In-War to the lower chamber to recover the bones of Fearless-Eye. While there, the spirit of Fearless-Eye appears and possesses Born-In-War, who then tries to strangle Envoy.

The ghost wants to destroy the 'abominations' created with his flesh, and Envoy has no luck talking him out of it. Icarus appears, and Fearless-Eye is subdued.

Born-In-War doesn't believe any of it when he regains consciousness.
