Jynx goes to Lucky's new establishment, a collection of shekelodeons and games of chance, with a pass that gives him three free spins on the Wheel of Misfortune. Lucky welcomes Jynx, but appears to be a bit … disturbed. Envoy drops by as well, and Galand, too. The true nature of the Titanian contraption of the "Wheel of Misfortune" makes itself evident, as Galand helps Jynx escape being "munched" by the device … and gives the crazy Lapi a taste of his own machine by putting Lucky into the cage. However, this happens under the watchful eye of some "concerned citizens" who were following Envoy. While Galand hastily explains, Jynx discovers that he has lost his voice. He and Envoy exit before the "undercover" Guards decide to simply arrest everyone in sight and sort them out later.
