Anisa goes to her father to ask for his blessing – and help – so that she can acquire a property on which to start her new business: the old estate that Lightfoot's cousin is trying to unload. Anisa's father says he'll think about it, but Anisa is still overjoyed that he'll even consider it. Her parents arrange for someone to go out and examine the estate to see what condition the building is in.
