Envoy is conducted by Inquisitor Faline to an empty Inquisitor's office where she is given the opportunity to use a helmet… But as she does so, Rhiul, Faline's assistant Skreek, injects her with a drug he assures her will 'bring her closer to the Holy Spirit'. Envoy proceeds through an increasingly erratic VR, and finally locates the library itself, but as she discovers the book that she wants to review, the library transforms to a maze. She comes across a sword, and then confronted by a horrible, strange-looking monster blocking her way, is frustrated enough and attacks it… Causing the library to dissolve away just as the key she was looking for was within her grasp.
