Lochinvar is drinking again at the Three Thieves Inn. He is joined by Kensington, who is looking for Sasta. The cougaress in question arrives, with Aaron following. They talk about job possibilities, and the other things they have been undertaking that day. A Kavi interrupts, and despite their disbelief, manages to get them to consider undertaking a strange job. An airship will be required, which neither the cougar or crow (or rabbit) has access to. Fortunately, Lochinvar is speaking with Mira, captain of the Glutton, and she is brought in on the deal. Kensington tests Mira's airship knowledge, declares her skilled, and the Kavi turns over a silver coin to the crow, to convince everyone he is 'on the level'. The group agrees to meet again the next night, at the location he specified.
