The group returns to Elysium and meets with The Rake, transfering cargo and preparing to depart again. During this period, Tasha has a brief talk with Captain Eyeshine about her eventual departure, and later tells Layth how much she appreciates what he's done for her. Several days later, The Rake arrives in Rephidim, where the cargo is offloaded, and the part takes some time to visit Tasha's family tavern. There, they meet the Vartan's rather intimidating mother, discuss their plans, and decide to head top side for a safer stay.
