Francisco is taking a break from menial work in the temple when a messenger arrives for him. She bears a request from the Lady Ophelia for the Kitsune's presence. Accompanying her to the Aeonian's Estates, he meets with the Countess and she explains the preparations she has made. Her idea is to have Francisco dramatically explode as part of the product promotion, and assures him it will be perfectly safe. Reluctantly the Kitsune agrees.
