Taliamelle, an unwilling recruit in the Temple Scout, goes along with Pouncer and several other kits and cubs as part of an expedition to a factory where Temple Scout cookies are made – as part of a "surprise inspection". Taliamelle and the others are issued honorary "Cookie Inspector" badges, and then are given the "task" of sampling cookie dough and finished cookies. Taliamelle, Pouncer and two other young Scouts (Rally the Eeee, and Gartuk the Jupani) are noteworthy for NOT having stuffed themselves to the point of being sick, and therefore are selected for a "very important TOP SECRET" mission
