Anisa and Aaron travel with Roland on a barge to Amazonia, a nation neighboring Olympia, and sharing some of its culture – though the primary species is that of the Lapi rather than the Khatta. Anisa is exposed to various cultural differences between Amazonia and Rephidim, though she does her best to accept it with an open mind.
