Alptraum visits Snow and discovers she is reverting … so he helps it along. The procedure is quick and apparently quite painless. When he is done, Snow is left with catlike eyes but the rest of her is human once more. Alptraum 'snacks' on her for a few minutes, then the pair heads down to the kitchen so she can get some food.

Alptraum leaves Snow there to eat and relax while he goes down to visit Melusine. The Shadow Dragon seems pleased the heart was repaired and 'rewards' Alptraum by nursing life energy from his right arm (and making it extremely pleasant). She also tries to further nudge Alptraum into serving her, down to promising him pleasures of the flesh, such as devouring and shaping, should he agree.

Alptraum allows Melusine to tap his shadow to shape his arm into some strange slug-monster. It's both horrifying and fascinating at the same time. She tries to temp him further, but Alptraum only agrees to consider being her partner. The Eee then leaves … only to discover Melusine stole his pants!
