Amy and Zahn take Miranda and Morgan to the underground entrance to the Chalk warrens. From there, Miranda leads them on, based on her feelings of proximity to the vampire, all while listening to an haunting lullaby.

Once in the vampire's lair, though, things go very differently (and more theatrically) than what they all suspected.
