Envoy awakens from the Dream Realm to find herself at the top of a tower in Caroban, being shaken by Wynona. She learns that "she" had gone on a big spending spree and bought dresses for herself and Wynona, and made a bit stir at a New Year's Eve ball. She also learns from Wynona that she had been referring to herself in the third person, and thought that Wynona reminded her of her "little sister". Envoy figures out that Inala has been using her body as a puppet without permission, but when she voices out loud that she supposes Inala was trying to seduce Wynona, Wynona is shocked, and rushes off. Envoy pursues her, and Wynona ends up tripping and falling down the stairs. As Envoy tries to stop Wynona from tumbling, they both pitch off the stairs, and Envoy has to use her wings to slow their landing, though they still land roughly on some furniture, and Wynona is knocked out. Inala's presence returns in Envoy's mind, and Envoy has a shouting match with her … whereupon Inala simply takes over Envoy's body again, and the Aspects of "Dragon" and "Father" are suppressed.

In the dream representation of Envoy's mind, Dragon and Father are dumped into the "cabin" that serves as a holding cell. Dragon attempts to find out what is going on in the outside world, but is interrupted when Child comes to find out what they're up to. Dragon claims that they're eating candy, and this is sufficient to get Child to open the door from the outside and rush in – and Father, waiting by the door, uses the opportunity to slip out. Dragon and Father thus get out, but take Child along – Dragon says that they're going to have a lot of fun, once they reach the Bridge.
