With Cascade – one of the Svartifin – Envoy visits one of the "pocket" worlds generated by the engines of Behemoth. At Cascade's encouragement, Envoy tries to find her own "home" amongst the countless temporal worlds, and at last she finds herself in a jungle that's full of all sorts of life, something that represents home to her – or as close as she can hope to get to it. They then return to reality, and find that Voidstar's experiments have been a success. Envoy witnesses the repair of the Engine of "Abed," which goes off without any catastrophe.
