Scarlet, the Aelfin Water Mage, relaxes at her dormitory room at the Collegia Esoterica, when she is paid a visit by Born-in-Shame. He asks her about her plans regarding Bosch, and verifies that the journey won't be necessary, since she has turned the Sword of the Necromancer King over to the College. Scarlet then has several questions for Born-in-Shame, about himself and his homeworld, Abaddon. She also offers him a chance to see yet more worlds, by going on to Ashtoreth. He responds that he will consider it, but makes no commitments.
