Alptraum spends a few more days at Castle Sturmdrang, then returns to Azrael for the final crystal repair. While still at the castle more time is spent of flying as well as examining everyone to see how they've changed and revert over time.

It's then back to Azrael and this time the sphynx-human and Eeee fly the entire way! This makes the trip much, much, faster. When they arrive Ysnor flirts heavily with Snow while Alptraum discusses the particulars of the ritual as the weird demon makes some fudge. The particulars are particularly gross, as it involves ground dragon tongue!

In the end, Alptraum and Snow are dismissed to rest while the demon does what demons do … probably not much more than shout orders at Ysnor. On the way to their room, Snow and Alptraum both realize a horrible mistake they made … they were going to let Azrael burn the fudge they were making! Argh!
