Envoy finds herself in the Dream Realm, and Inala compels her to join in the search for Captain Rockmore – and, if need be, to kill. Envoy goes to a garden within the dream version of Babel, and begins to sing a song which she hopes will compel Rockmore to come and turn himself in. She is dismayed, however, when the music appears to lull Rockmore's crew, and the Babelites attack it, rather than letting Rockmore turn himself in (presuming that this is what he was going to do otherwise). Envoy, frustrated, takes flight to chase after the airship and get personally involved.
