After bringing the Babelite Embassy Savanites (Pathfinder and her children) to Kame Ikata's underground sanctuary, Envoy practices a form of meditation inspired by her (possibly delusional) 2nd experience with the Learning Helmet. By seperating her different thoughts into three distinct aspects, she is able to set aside the emotionally distracting ones and the compulsive curiousity ones so that she can become temporarily lucid. Once in this state, she writes a letter to Third Vision, possibly to be delivered by the escaping Savanites, describing her take on the 'Savanite terrorist' incident and possible courses of action the Queen might consider pertaining to the threat posed by the Map Room at the City of Hands.
